I believe that true healing happens when we:

Address the Root-Cause

Healing starts in the gut. By identifying and addressing the imbalances driving your symptoms, we can create lasting results that ripple throughout your entire body.

Personalise the Journey

No two bodies are the same. I tailor every recommendation—whether it’s dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, or supplements—to fit your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Look to The Future

Good health isn’t just about solving today’s challenges. It’s about cultivating resilience and optimising for long-term vitality so you can thrive for years to come.

My Story

My interest in health wasn't born in a classroom—it was a necessity. I am no stranger to illness; I have spent most of my life navigating a complex web of symptoms. From childhood, I dealt with recurrent infections and digestive issues, which evolved into hormonal chaos, hypothyroidism, and crippling fatigue in my adult years.

Because of this, I have always been drawn to the wellness space. I spent years researching, learning, and trying to understand why my body seemed to be fighting against me, even while I built a career in the corporate world.

But the turning point came in 2018. While living in Hong Kong, I began experiencing terrifying neurological symptoms—partial face numbness, lightning bolt pains, and internal tremors. I saw countless specialists, but no one could tell me why this was happening.

I realised that if I wanted answers, I had to find them myself. I vowed to follow my instincts and finally pivot professionally into the field I had always been passionate about.

Through my own investigation, I discovered the root cause was mould toxicity from my living environment. It was a stark lesson in how external factors can wreak havoc on internal biology. Once I addressed the environment and supported my body's detox pathways, I got my life back.

That experience didn’t just heal me; it validated the way I’ve always intuitively viewed health. It was a powerful reminder to think outside the box—that we cannot treat the body in isolation when our environment plays such a critical role.

Strangely enough, this felt familiar. In my previous career in management, I was trained in "systems thinking"—solving problems by looking at how different departments impact the whole organization. I realised the human body requires the exact same logic. You cannot treat the thyroid without looking at the gut, just as you cannot fix sales without looking at marketing.

Today, I use that same holistic logic to help you connect the dots of your own health, just as I did for myself.

The Story Behind EYZHN

Why EYZHN (ev-zin)? It's a Greek expression that perfectly captures the vision that led me to pursue a career in health and nutrition. εὖ ζῆν means "living well" or "the good life" in Ancient Greek.

The participle "ζῆν" means "living" while the word "εὖ" simply means "well" or "good". Used together, in Ancient Greece, it meant achieving "eudaimonia" by virtue of a healthy mind, body, heart, and spirit.
