Please note: All setup and data migration orders submitted between August 31 and September 20, 2026 will require an extra 10 days processing time.

This service is currently for users upgrading to or from one of my Blood Test Plus trackers with both standard and optimal ranges. It will be made available for all other Plus trackers later this year, once they have been updated to v6.0.

Confirm Compatibility

This flat fee covers migrating all of your historical test results and ranges from one of my previous trackers to the new v6.0.

Please note: I will ONLY populate the main 'Test Results' tab. I will not touch or migrate any quick stats or charts beyond how they appear in a fresh v6.0 sheet.

I will migrate the existing data and reference ranges exactly as they appear in your current file. No new information or optimal ranges will be added. Your spreadsheet must be in English.

Count how many results more or less you need me to enter for you. Each result or data point is defined as one biomarker result from one specific date.

⚠️ Requirements & Ground Rules

Because this involves sensitive personal health files, please ensure your data meets the following criteria before purchasing.

Scope & Exclusions
  • Included: Blood biomarkers, urinalysis, fecal tests, standard metabolic sheets, common functional tests (DUTCH, GI MAP, OAT), and spreadsheet migrations.
  • Excluded: Advanced genetic sequencing, scans, doctor's notes, optimal ranges, or multi-page panels that require entirely custom architectural tracking tabs.
Data Handling & Liability
  • Administrative only: This is a data-entry service — I do not interpret, analyze, or give clinical advice on your data as part of this service.
  • Please verify your data: Once your setup is complete, double-check the entered values against your original files before relying on them for any purpose. My liability for this service is limited to the fee paid.
  • Retention: Original files are deleted within 14 days of confirmed delivery; a pseudonymized copy is kept 90 days for redelivery support, then deleted.
Terms & Bookings
  • English Language Only: All lab PDFs, spreadsheets, biomarker names, and reference ranges must be in English.
  • Turnaround Time: Estimated 5 to 10 business days from the time of secure upload.
  • Cancellations: Because hours are manually allocated immediately upon file receipt, cancellations or refunds are not accepted once project work begins.

FAQs

Currently, this service is restricted to the v6.0 Blood Test Tracker Plus (Optimal Ranges with or without charts) tracker. If you have the standard version with Plus, this service will be available once v6.0 is released later this year. Lite version users would need to purchase a Plus Tracker to access this service.
If your PDF files exceed the base limit of 300 data points, please contact me before purchasing. I will send a custom payment link for the exact pro-rata overage ($0.50 per additional PDF data point). Once the overage is paid, I will begin your setup.
No. The base fee is a non-negotiable flat rate. It covers the fixed administrative time of handling files, client communication, and the initial v6.0 architectural setup, plus data entry up to the limit. Because this baseline project time remains the same regardless of file size, pro-rata discounts or refunds are not provided for smaller datasets.

If you are sending me an existing file to work from, you will receive the filled-in version back in that exact same software. If I am setting this up from a fresh spreadsheet, I will use the software version (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) that you originally purchased.
