Practitioner License Terms

These Practitioner License Terms are between the User of this Website (“you” or “your”) and EYZHN Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “EYZHN”). Please read these terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights. By purchasing a practitioner license or using a practitioner redemption code, you agree to these terms together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.

1. Scope

License grant

During the license term, you may distribute up to [N] client copies (“seats”) of the specified EYZHN digital tool(s) solely to your paying clients as part of your program(s), membership(s), or services. Seats are tied to a specific product variant and to your practitioner code for that variant.

Seat counting

Each successful client redemption counts as one seat under your Practitioner License Package.

Term

Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, the standard term is 12 months from purchase.

The term for a code begins on the date we deliver your practitioner code (or as stated in your order confirmation).

Top-Ups

You may add seats to the same product variant at any time by purchasing additional seat blocks.

When you add seats to an existing code for the same variant, the expiry for that code is reset to 12 months from the top‑up date for all remaining and newly added seats. Example: you have 2 seats expiring soon and purchase 10 more — your code now has 12 seats, all valid for a fresh 12‑month term starting on the top‑up date.

Switching to a different product variant requires a separate code; terms are tracked per code/variant and do not transfer.

2. Formats and Compatibility

Supported formats are listed on the product page (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel).

Some trackers use checkboxes and require Microsoft 365 Excel. Trackers without checkboxes work in compatible non‑365 versions. Format and version requirements are noted on each product page.

3. Distribution

Use only the private redemption link/code provided after purchase. Public posting of codes or source files is not permitted.

Do not upload, email, post, gift, or otherwise distribute raw spreadsheets, templates, redemption links, or codes. Clients must obtain access only via your private redemption process.

You may include the tool as a bonus inside paid programs or as an upsell/order bump within your own checkout. Standalone resale of the files outside your licensed programs is not permitted.

Each client receives a personal‑use license and may not share, resell, or redistribute the files.

Redemption links/codes are for private distribution only; public posting may result in suspension or deactivation.

You may not transfer, sublicense, or share your practitioner code with practitioners or organisations outside your own practice. The code may be used by multiple practitioners working within the same practice entity, and each client redemption counts as one seat.

4. Updates and Support

We provide version updates and basic support during your active term.

After expiry, existing client copies remain usable; new redemptions are blocked.

You may create your own training videos and provide first‑line support to your clients.

We may replace deprecated features or formats with functionally equivalent alternatives at our discretion.

5. Restrictions

No white‑labelling, removal of EYZHN copyright/branding, or modification of embedded license notices without a separate written agreement.

No automated scraping, public reposting, or redistribution of source files.

You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works intended for redistribution.

We may disable codes or links used outside scope or in breach of these Terms.

6. Pricing, Fees and Upgrades

We may change fees, seat tiers, and discount levels at any time. Changes do not affect an already‑purchased active term.

Bulk discounts apply to practitioner seat packages. Current tiers may include, for example: 10 seats (20% off retail), 25 seats (30% off retail), 50 seats (40% off retail). Tiers are subject to change.

Top‑ups: Purchasing additional seats for the same variant adds seats to your existing code and resets the code’s expiry to 12 months from the top‑up date for all remaining and newly added seats. Top‑ups do not combine or transfer across different variants.

Prices are displayed in the checkout currency and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; taxes are calculated at checkout.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

This is a digital license for client seats. No physical items will be shipped.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and access to practitioner links/codes, we do not accept refunds or cancellations once purchased.

Your purchase applies to the single variant selected at checkout. Seats cannot be split across variants.

If you have not redeemed or shared any seats, we can exchange your package for a different variant of equal value within 3 days of purchase. No cash refunds.

8. Privacy

We only collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill redemptions (e.g., client email to deliver downloads, timestamp, variant), as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not access your clients’ spreadsheet contents.

9. Enforcement

We may suspend or deactivate codes used outside the scope of this license or in violation of these Terms. Reinstatement is at our discretion.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing or using a practitioner code, you agree to these Practitioner License Terms, the EYZHN Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.
