48 Hours Before
Avoid apples, grapes (including raisins), pears, and cranberries. Also avoid supplements containing reishi, echinacea, ribose, or arabinogalactan.
Medications
If you are taking antibiotics, please complete the full course of medication and wait at least 48 hours before collecting your sample.
Hydration
Maintain your usual water intake. Do not over-hydrate or under-hydrate, as this can affect the test results. Collect your first morning urine.
