The test kit is mailed directly to your door. You collect the sample in the privacy of your own home and schedule a courier pickup to return it to the lab.

Preparation Instructions
48 Hours Before
Avoid apples, grapes (including raisins), pears, and cranberries. Also avoid supplements containing reishi, echinacea, ribose, or arabinogalactan.
Medications
If you are taking antibiotics or antifungals, please complete the full course of medication and wait at least 48 hours before collecting your sample.
Hydration
Maintain your usual water intake. Do not over-hydrate or under-hydrate, as this can affect results. Collect your first morning urine.
