Practitioner Quick-Start
Hello and thank you for purchasing a Practitioner Package License!
I'm Tamara, the founder of EYZHN, and I'm excited to have you share my health tools with your clients.
This quick‑start guide covers the essentials you need to distribute your EYZHN product in line with your license. Friendly reminder: your unique code will be sent to you by email within 48 hours (or sooner).
What your clients will see
- “Provided via Practitioner License” notice.
- Download a FREE copy via your practitioner’s unique link/code.
- Open the spreadsheet and read the “READ ME” tab first.
- Personal‑use only (no sharing or redistribution).
- Clear access guidance for Google Sheets and Excel.
Format & compatibility
- Every spreadsheet is available in two versions—Google Sheets and Excel.
- Excel files that use checkboxes require Microsoft 365 Excel (this is noted in each product description).
- Clients can reach Help & Support if they run into technical issues.
Key points
One client per redemption
Each redemption equals one seat for a single client. Seats are not shareable or pooled. Codes may be used by a single practitioner or by multiple practitioners within the same practice entity. Codes cannot be shared with practitioners outside your practice.
No redistribution
Do not upload, email, post, gift, or otherwise distribute raw spreadsheets, or templates. Clients must access via the unique link and redemption process. You may share read‑only outputs (e.g., PDFs/exports) with clients.
Variant‑bound
Your unique code is tied to the product/variant purchased. Switching products requires a new code; seats don’t transfer.
Term & expiry
Your 12‑month term starts when we deliver the code. After expiry, clients keep access; new redemptions stop. Top‑ups for the same variant reset the entire code to a fresh 12‑month term from the top‑up date.
Brand integrity
Please do not use the EYZHN logo in your own materials. Inside the spreadsheets, keep EYZHN license notices intact.
Privacy
EYZHN does not access client‑entered data by default. For troubleshooting, clients may share a copy with you or with us (with consent) and can revoke access at any time.
