This quick‑start guide covers the essentials you need to distribute your EYZHN product in line with your license. Friendly reminder: your unique code will be sent to you by email within 48 hours (or sooner).

  • Download a FREE copy via your practitioner’s unique link/code.
  • Open the spreadsheet and read the “READ ME” tab first.
  • Personal‑use only (no sharing or redistribution).
  • Clear access guidance for Google Sheets and Excel.

Format & compatibility

  • Every spreadsheet is available in two versions—Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Excel files that use checkboxes require Microsoft 365 Excel (this is noted in each product description).
  • Clients can reach Help & Support if they run into technical issues.

Key points

One client per redemption

Each redemption equals one seat for a single client. Seats are not shareable or pooled. Codes may be used by a single practitioner or by multiple practitioners within the same practice entity. Codes cannot be shared with practitioners outside your practice.

No redistribution

Do not upload, email, post, gift, or otherwise distribute raw spreadsheets, or templates. Clients must access via the unique link and redemption process. You may share read‑only outputs (e.g., PDFs/exports) with clients.

Variant‑bound

Your unique code is tied to the product/variant purchased. Switching products requires a new code; seats don’t transfer.

Term & expiry

Your 12‑month term starts when we deliver the code. After expiry, clients keep access; new redemptions stop. Top‑ups for the same variant reset the entire code to a fresh 12‑month term from the top‑up date.

Brand integrity

Please do not use the EYZHN logo in your own materials. Inside the spreadsheets, keep EYZHN license notices intact.

Privacy

EYZHN does not access client‑entered data by default. For troubleshooting, clients may share a copy with you or with us (with consent) and can revoke access at any time.

Clients must use your unique checkout link and choose either Google Sheets or Excel. At checkout, the discount code applies so they download a FREE copy. They also receive the “What your clients will see” PDF with instructions. From there, they can make a personal copy (Google Sheets) or download the file (Excel). Their access remains after your license term ends; only new redemptions stop. You can sample the client flow here.
Yes—within a single practice entity. A code may be used by the purchasing practitioner or by multiple practitioners working under the same practice. Each redemption still equals one seat for one client. Codes cannot be shared with practitioners outside your practice, and raw spreadsheets must never be distributed—clients must access via the unique link and redemption process. Sharing read‑only PDFs/exports with clients is fine.
Unused seats expire when the 12‑month term ends because the code stops working. To extend, top up the same variant—this resets the code to a fresh 12‑month term from the top‑up date. Any remaining seats carry into the new term so you have a full year going forward.
Most spreadsheets work best on desktop Excel 2016 or later. Excel Online and the mobile app may open files but can limit key features. Spreadsheets that use checkboxes specifically require Microsoft 365 Excel. Each product description notes any special requirements.

We only access client data when you or the client explicitly provide it for troubleshooting or to deliver files, and access can be revoked at any time. We do not use this data for marketing, email lists, or any unrelated purpose. Clients must opt in separately if they wish to receive emails from EYZHN.
